Welcome to Alleyway Crafted Flavors, where we take pride in offering exceptional food and beverages with a personal touch. Since our establishment in 2023, we have been a family-owned food trailer dedicated to serving the Leavenworth community. We aim to create memorable dining experiences by crafting unique flavors that cater to individual preferences. We are pleased to announce that in 2025, we will introduce our Alley OOP SMASH burger, featuring two expertly smashed beef patties topped with cheese and our signature bacon jam. We invite you to visit us and see why our customers consistently leave with smiles of satisfaction.
​Kettle Corn lovers, prepare to have your taste buds tickled with our wild flavors, like the legendary Caramel and Jalapeño Cheddar. If you haven't tried our freshly squeezed lemonade with many different flavors, you SHOULD! Mention our website to receive $1 off your next lemonade. When the leaves start to fall, we’ll be serving up walking caramel apples and chocolate strawberries in a cup that are practically begging to be devoured! Stay tuned for our second food truck hitting the streets soon!

If you’re looking to earn some cash for your school or fundraiser, just holler—we’ve got you! We offer Kettle Corn 50/ 50 on sales. $10 fundraiser bags with many flavors to choose from. We also offer a way to earn money by setting up our food truck at your homecoming games and MORE!
